Sailing can feel exciting, liberating and, at first, a little intimidating. The Waves of Inspiration video series brings together authentic stories from women involved in sailing across Europe. They speak openly about how they started, the obstacles they met, the milestones they are proud of and the ways sailing changed their lives.
Some found their voice at the helm. Others discovered resilience, teamwork or a community that encouraged them to keep going. Their paths are different, but their message is shared: sailing is open to women of every background and experience level.
